Pleasing to mark the first set they eventually won off of Nekoma is one that all of Karasuno had to get bit in and the case that it was a lucky point just indicates the match point will simply be so much greater in the third set.

That was such an anticlimactic fashion for Karasuno to take their opening set win next to Nekoma. Few things I actually prefer in this chapter are Asahi stepping up & supporting his role as Ace and Tsukishima being back in work again. Actually, I’m just happy to notice more weight on blocking for both the teams. This chapter is pretty much what I expected to view from a Karasuno vs Nekoma game, so I pray it stays in the 3rd set.

Anyway, it appears like with this win Karasuno should be able to put away the one burden they automatically put on themselves throughout this game– you know, the case that Karasuno never won even once next to Nekoma before… So surely we would notice a more free Karasuno in the 3rd set.

I have great hopes for this upcoming chapters. The terror from the beginning half of the second set was terminated, and it truly felt like they’re opponents and that they’re both relishing the match.

Karasuno should have force going into the third set. They divulged through the birdcage giving extra opportunities and did have 2 back to back points at the edge there. I truly hope Tsukishima and Kuroo’s one-touches & cooperation be a preface to blockers duking it off in the 3rd set.
