The Promised Neverland Chapter 130: Chapter 129 is out and this chapter was especially nice to examine some of the most contradictory parts of Norman’s ideas with how demons are perceived and all of the struggles he went through to discover out about them. I appreciate pretty much everything with the manga right now, but I fully understand Norman’s intentions and resolution after what he witnessed at Project Lambda 7214. Emma has her understandings, but she didn’t see the utter worst of the Demon/Human alliance that’s been annihilating cattle children forever.
The Promised Neverland Chapter 130
Emma realizes that humans aren’t any more reasonable than the Demons. Humans consume cows, Demons devour humans. It’s not wicked, it’s just nature. The Demons might prey on humans, however, that’s because they’re seeking to live, too. Every class is just marking out for themselves and you can’t accuse a living thing of simply trying to preserve its own existence. The real evil in the series isn’t the Demons, it’s the Ratri clan that betrayed their fellow people.
Norman was always my favorite though he’s really gone over and beyond now with these current developments. I love how he’s ready to do whatever it takes to attempt to protect everyone. I can’t help to notice how Emma’s going to work with that. Because she understands he’s going to do everything on his own that’s his plan so how is she going to support him when they don’t yield the same beliefs? I cherish how well this story explains the different viewpoints. Emma makes some points, suggests some kind possibilities, has a good moral worldview, and you certainly do wish that she gets her way and everything will end quietly.
It’s fascinating how much Norman and Ray’s roles appeared to have switched. Ray has actually become Emma’s companion in the way the manga appeared to hint as Norman’s role from the beginning chapters. He’s also used a bit more of the hopefulness & family-togetherness reasoning we observed with Emma and Norman early on in the manga.

The Promised Neverland Chapter 130: Norman or Emma

Norman appears to have grown more of a realist now, this chapter 129 is very similar to chapter 128 where we get a pretty comparable monologue before he gets shipped off. This could be implying either Norman’s death or a permanent and critical injury to him. He is certainly going self-sacrifice again.
It’s a bit unusual since Ray is silent in the past few chapters about what he recollects. I do believe Ray is already preparing ahead in case of what appears since he’s also one of complete score trio and the tables have changed where Ray is saved while Norman is on a path of lost. I’m on the verge of my seat anticipating to view what Norman will do in The Promised Neverland Chapter 130.
