There is so much going on and we take a new turn pretty much every chapter. It’s hard to predict even the basic matchup plans for the final day. The Luffy in this chapter wasn’t the clumsy, bungling, and goofy Luffy we’ve come to know and love. Although I will admit, I actually quite liked the moment where he gave the guard a taste of his own medicine. Plus, it was pretty sweet to see Luffy actually being serious and now that he’s dealt with the issues in the prison, I hope we can finally move on from here to something else.
With this chapter one thing is obvious now that CoC is compared to influence people around you. It takes the hearts of people around the person and over time Luffy is getting stronger CoC haki. By the end of the series, he will have full control over it like other forms of haki. The other thing is a few weeks ago some peoples were comparing Kidd with Luffy. In this chapter, Luffy is shown to new heights if his character while Kidd was shown broken. It is an indication that Luffy has surpassed everyone in the worst generation except Blackbeard. He will catch up to him in a short time or even after Wano arc. Its time to see improvements in other Straw Hat crew and their allies.
One Piece Chapter 950: Reunion of Kidd and Killer
Now besides just Luffy, I am kind of interested to see just what Kid will do next, now that he’s been given a chance to be free. Not to mention, with Killer the way he is right now, it should also be fairly interesting to see how he will fit into things for Kid as well. After being beaten up by a Yonko, betrayed by Hawkins and Apoo, and having his right-hand man suffer from a smile fruit, I’d be hesitating myself for a bit. I believe, Kidd and Killer will get a reunion in chapter 950. I can see Kidd being somewhat grateful and offering his assistance so he can achieve revenge for Killer and himself.
Kidd has thoughts as Luffy stand for him as he was tortured and in this chapter again, I am pretty sure he will ally himself with Luffy for this arc. he and Law might help against Kaido but Luffy will be the one who will be to take Kaido down at the end. Kidd might be a brutal pirate but I think he still has honor. Udon is taken and I’m curious to see who else is in there including that shadow character from the last chapter. I’m looking forward to One Piece chapter 950.
